About The Position

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Regional executive chef for our Education team in Morgantown. As a regional executive chef, you will have the opportunity to support a team of Chefs, and create delicious meals for the students. This position will involve travel between campuses.

Requirements

  • Experience managing multi-units.
  • At least three years of progressive culinary experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
  • Experience with budget statements.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in culinary arts.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
  • Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
  • Participating in the planning and execution of special events.
