About The Position

Nebius is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to lead the regional EHS agenda as the company scales its AI cloud infrastructure operations. The role owns regional EHS performance, maturity, and culture, translating global strategy, policy, and legislation into priorities, standards, and controls for sites. It combines strategic leadership and team development with hands-on guidance during significant incidents and other situations requiring experienced judgment. The manager will influence regional and site leadership, support the wider environmental and sustainability agenda, and help position sound EHS practice as a business advantage rather than a compliance exercise. The role is limited to candidates in the East Coast timezone. The successful candidate will set regional direction, lead local teams, oversee governance and assurance, and represent Nebius with regulators, industry bodies, and partners. They will use data and performance metrics to drive decisions and continuous improvement, establish expectations for high-risk work, and build an environment where teams can manage risk, speak up, learn, and improve. Nebius describes itself as a Nasdaq-listed AI cloud infrastructure company headquartered in Amsterdam, with more than 1,500 employees and R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America, and Israel. The company offers competitive compensation and benefits, career growth and learning opportunities, flexibility and ownership, and the opportunity to work on impactful AI projects. Base compensation is $107,000–$134,000 USD; actual compensation depends on job-related factors and geographic location.
