The Regional Employee Relations Manager serves as a strategic Human Resources partner to operational and HR leaders across a multi-site portfolio of Life Plan Communities. The role is responsible for leading complex employee relations matters, conducting workplace investigations, advising leaders on policy and employment risk, and supporting consistent, compliant, and effective HR practices across the region. This position also contributes to broader regional HR priorities, including talent management, leadership support, organizational effectiveness, compliance, and workforce planning. The role operates with a high degree of judgment and discretion in a complex, multi-site senior living environment.
