About The Position

This is a unique CDL-A role designed for experienced, reliable drivers who want variety, flexibility, and the chance to make an impact. As part of Penske’s Elite Driver team, you’ll travel to support critical operations in Minnesota, help launch new business, and step in where strong drivers are needed most. This role offers true flexibility—assignments are at least three weeks, with the option to extend and continue traveling as long as it works for you. Drivers must live within 50 miles of the Minneapolis area.

Requirements

Current CDL-A
At least 2 years of documented tractor trailer experience in the last 5 years
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
Live within 50 miles of the Minneapolis area

Responsibilities

Travel regionally in Minnesota to support Penske operations
Represent Penske as a trusted, elite professional driver
Help launch new business and support key strategic customers
Perform multi-stop deliveries in a variety of environments
Use scanners and onboard technology to ensure accurate deliveries
Drive safe, in well maintained vehicles with best-in-class specs for comfort and safety – including inward and outward facing in-cab cameras for safety and protection.
Support operations during special projects
Help stabilize and improve performance
Assist with new account startups
