The Regional EHS Manager leads the implementation and continuous improvement of Operations Safety programs across assigned U.S. markets. Reporting to the Senior Regional EHS Manager, this role serves as the primary EHS partner to regional and site Operations leadership and provides risk-based support for high-risk activities, contractor work, incident investigations, EHS assessments, training, customer requirements, and corrective-action management. In addition to regional responsibilities, the Regional EHS Manager owns an assigned subject-matter-expert area and leads associated programs, projects, training, metrics, and portfolio-wide improvements. The role uses field engagement, data analysis, and practical operational knowledge to translate regulatory and company requirements into effective, sustainable controls. The Regional EHS Manager collaborates with Security, Environmental Compliance, Operations Training, Engineering, Procurement, Risk, Legal, and other business partners on emergency response, incident investigations, customer support, contractor management, and shared operational risks. Acting as both a hands-on practitioner and strategic advisor, the role drives measurable improvements in safety performance, operational readiness, regulatory compliance, and safety culture.
