About The Position

IMI Industrial Services Group is a full service, total solutions, industrial contractor established in 1988. We have three satellite offices and support manufacturers throughout most of the Southeast, expanding rapidly. We are big enough to have all the necessary resources, but small enough to give genuinely helpful personalized attention. We are seeking a full-time Regional Division Project Manager local to the Athens, GA area. The Regional Divisional Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations within a designated geographic region, including managing sales, developing regional strategies, monitoring financial performance, ensuring compliance with company practices and policies with Safety being top priority, and driving business growth within an area by developing and maintaining customer needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred or 5 years of experience in Industrial project management.
Minimum of three years’ work experience in Industrial Contracting.
OSHA 30 required; must obtain within 60 days of hire date.
Proven experience in people management and a commitment to industrial safety.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Computer experience, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Excel, Project, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Cultivate a positive SAFETY culture throughout the entire division.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Identify opportunities within the region, analyze competitor activity and champion the company's position in the region.
Monitor and manage budgets, project manager performance and identify areas for cost optimization.
Recruit, train and mentor team members. Evaluate performance and provide ongoing coaching.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Address customer concerns and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with senior management to develop plans, set goals and align strategies with overall company objectives.
