Responsibilities
- Collaborate with dental, business, and financial professionals, including executive leadership, to lead and manage teams.
- Partner with experts to refine operating policies and pursue operational excellence.
- Mentor and oversee Office Managers and their teams across up to ten dental offices.
- Monitor compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and HR policies, ensuring smooth adherence.
- Regularly visit your group of offices to coach, guide, and support staff.
