About The Position

ESFM is the corporate facilities management (FM) division of Compass Group USA. ESFM self-performs 80% of all FM services provided to clients. Our portfolio of solution categories includes Facilities Maintenance & Engineering, ESG Programming, Laboratory Support Services, Janitorial & Industrial Cleaning, Landscaping & Grounds Management, Workplace Solutions and Managed Services. This self-performance model creates a consistent hospitality experience for clients, resulting in higher engagement and productivity from their employees. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Able to speak clearly and listen attentively to staff, peers, supervisors, guests and client
  • Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Strong track record of client or customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in an unstructured, fast-paced and P&L driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates strong business presence and client influencing skills
  • Monitors client satisfaction and customer relations to ensure operation solutions meet the client needs
  • Manages a budget with significant financial responsibility
  • Demonstrates operational excellence through application of acquired knowledge, team management, and presentation and communication skills
  • Performs people management and ensures succession plans are in place
  • Performs other duties as assigned
