Located across Saskatchewan, Alberta and Manitoba, we have future opportunities for Regional Directors and Area Managers. This role keeps you at the center of regional operations. You will lead the performance of a residential portfolio by driving operational excellence, supporting teams, and ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and aligned with company standards. Balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, you’ll play a key role in optimizing assets, developing talent, and enhancing the resident experience across the region.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading residential property management operations across multiple sites or portfolios.
• Strong operational, financial, and asset management knowledge within residential real estate.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing property management teams.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Ability to execute corporate strategy through cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-portfolio environment.
• Proficiency with property management systems and reporting tools.
