The Regional Director, Broker-Dealer Advisor Group, is responsible for business development and relationship management with new and existing clients, driving net new assets (NNA) and managing top-tier advisor relationships within major Wirehouse advisor channels. This role involves leading proactive sales initiatives and coordinating across the broader Broker Dealer channel to enhance Dimensional’s presence in a designated territory. Successful candidates must be highly proficient in capital markets, portfolio construction, and asset allocation, capable of articulating sophisticated investment strategies to high-performing Advisors and navigating complex Wirehouse platforms. A 'hunter mindset' combined with a consultant's approach is crucial, understanding the challenges advisors face when transitioning to fee-based models and scaling their businesses. This position offers flexibility, allowing it to be performed remotely in Southern Florida or on a hybrid schedule from the Charlotte office.
