Job SummaryThe District Manager is a senior operational leader responsible for overseeing multiple Restaurant Associates accounts. This role provides strategic direction and hands-on leadership to a team of General Managers, Senior Managers, and Directors, ensuring exceptional hospitality, strong client partnerships, and consistent execution across all locations. The District Manager is accountable for financial performance, team development, and delivering elevated food and service experiences aligned with brand and client expectations.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of contract foodservice management experience
  • Proven multi-unit leadership experience
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage complex budgets
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client-relationship skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support multiple accounts, ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and superior food quality
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability across the district
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner and primary escalation point
  • Ensure consistent, fair, and compliant administration of HR and people practices across all locations
  • Develop, coach, and retain high-performing leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability and growth
  • Analyze regional performance metrics and provide clear reporting, insights, and action plans
  • Partner in business development and sales efforts to support growth, retention, and account expansion
