About The Position
The Regional Director of Operations is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational activities within these key markets. This role ensures that business objectives are met through effective management of resources, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration. The Regional Director will drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. They will serve as the primary liaison between corporate leadership and regional teams, ensuring alignment with overall company goals. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing multi-site operations or regional teams.
- Strong knowledge of operational best practices, budgeting, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and communication skills daily to inspire and guide diverse teams across multiple locations.
- Analytical skills are essential for interpreting performance data and making informed decisions that improve operational efficiency.
- Strategic planning abilities enable the director to develop and implement initiatives that align with corporate goals and regional market demands.
- Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies supports the continuous enhancement of workflows and customer satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal skills facilitate collaboration with internal departments and external partners, ensuring cohesive and effective operations throughout the Seattle and Portland areas.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operational functions across the Seattle and Portland regions, including supply chain, logistics, customer service, and facility management.
- Develop and execute regional strategies that align with corporate objectives and drive business growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, finance, and human resources to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams by fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and standards.
