The Regional Director of Engineering – West Coast is responsible for leadership and development of regional / specialty project engineering associates. The position reports to the Senior Director of Engineering. He or she is accountable for the development, resourcing, implementation, and continuous improvement of the regional / specialty project engineering team. A thorough, demonstrable understanding of the construction process, systems integration, IT engineering as well as architectural and construction drawings and specifications is required. In addition, accountable for ensuring the project engineering team is aligned with the needs of our clients by partnering with regional / specialty sales and PMO. He or she will be accountable to ensure resources are shared across the business unit and the company. This role will work closely with the PMO leaders, Project Ops Leaders, and Sales Enablement leaders in region / specialty as a delivery team. The role is accountable for motivating, mentoring, ability to demonstrate being a student of the business, communicating and navigating. NOTE: while this is a virtual position day-to-day, it supports Diversified clients in the US West Coast region; as such we require the candidate to reside in that geography.
