The Regional Director of Clinical Partnerships and Telehealth Training provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and training development for clinical practicum experiences and telehealth service delivery within doctoral psychology programs. This position ensures high-quality clinical education, compliance with accreditation and licensure standards, and effective partnerships with external practicum sites. Under direction of the Senior Associate Dean, this position oversees the development and administration of telehealth clinic training for psychology doctoral students, emphasizing ethical practice, cultural responsiveness, evidence-based care, and competency-based supervision. Additionally, under direction of the Offices of Professional Training, the Director is responsible for collaborating in the development, expansion, and management of clinical training partnerships and practicum opportunities for psychology doctoral students. The Director works with faculty, clinical training staff, healthcare organizations, community agencies, and external supervisors to ensure students have access to diverse, high-quality training experiences that prepare them for internship, licensure, and professional practice. The Director collaborates closely with faculty, clinical supervisors, students, and community partners to support students’ professional development and readiness for internship and licensure. The Director will exhibit the highest professional standards and ethical principles and will be committed to the tenets of the University’s Mission and Vision.
