About The Position

The Regional Installation Services Director is accountable for the successful growth, development and delivery of services within a defined region. Coaches, trains, and leads the team within the region to drive profitable growth, using reliable and repeatable processes to establish ISS as the leading Project Management service in the industry.

Requirements

• 7+ years of construction-based leadership experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Proven leadership experience directing high-performing teams and overseeing complex customer operations across multiple states and regions
• Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers, sales professionals, and leadership teams
• Self-motivated professional with a fluent understanding of the exterior construction process; special focus in exterior claddings and windows is a plus
• Ability to prioritize competing demands, communicate issues promptly, and implement creative solutions

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and track KPIs including job profitability, project timelines, customer service and compliance with standards.
• Partner with sales team and branches to grow profitable installed services business.
• Set expectations, hire, coach, train and monitor team performance and productivity.
• Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge and serve as a reliable and knowledgeable resource for customers, sales teams and direct reports.
• Flexibility to travel throughout the assigned region as needed, up to 40% of the time.
