The Regional Director is a key member of CIBC GAM's Global Distribution Team and an integral part of the Asset Specialist Group Leadership Team, reporting to the MD & Head, Banking Center Distribution. In this role, the Regional Director leads a team of Asset Specialists within a dedicated region, while consulting and supporting regional and market leadership teams across Personal Banking (PB), Imperial Service (IS), Financial Planning & Advice (FP&A), and Private Banking. The role is responsible for coordinating and delivering community-level support to advisors and leaders in the areas of Financial Planning & Advice, Solution Fulfillment, and market intelligence. This is a fast-paced, dynamic, client-focused role that plays a critical part in advancing GAM's global distribution growth strategy. The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $111,060 to $161,060. The base salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, as well as geographic location and specific business needs. Our compensation philosophy supports ongoing growth and development, enabling progression within the salary range as team members advance in their roles. In addition to base pay, compensation for this role includes participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.
