About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Development Manager to lead sales execution and team development across our Mid-South territory. This role focuses on driving strategic growth, coaching a frontline sales team in insight-based selling, and building strong partnerships with distributors and key foodservice operators. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a deep understanding of the foodservice market and a passion for delivering results. Territory: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Alabama & Tennessee Travel Requirement: Travel by car and/or air within assigned territory and to meetings as necessary. Estimated to be about 50% of the time. Car Stipend: Yes

Requirements

4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Business or other related field required. An equivalent level of education and experience may be considered.
Eight (8) or more years of related sales experience required, preferably in the food industry.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships.
Strong small restaurant business acumen.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong critical thinking / problem solving skills.
Ability to teach Insight-Based Selling.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to use advanced mathematical concepts.
Substantial experience in demonstrating and promoting food products.
