As the Regional Developer, you will be responsible for developing the educational materials utilized and for interactive training of new and existing Premium Auditors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience completing physical audits
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Database management and record-keeping experience
  • High accuracy in data entry
  • Read and understand basic instructions and communications
  • Write clearly with proper grammar and accuracy
  • Communicate effectively; listen and seek clarification
  • Ability to perform all essential duties independently
  • Strong time management; balance deadlines with daily tasks
  • Maintains confidentiality
  • Professional, composed, and respectful

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing educational materials utilized for training new and existing Premium auditors. This includes class materials, training webinars, skill builders, premium audit tips of the week, premium audit technical training, AuSuM system training, mock audits, memos, spreadsheets and any additional resource materials
  • Develop additional classes and supplemental materials that provide additional education and development to Davies Premium Auditors. This includes technical bulletins, cheat sheets, feature enhancement training, and other educational materials
  • Responsible for the follow-up on existing Premium Audit training programs to ensure training objectives are met
  • Review audits for new and existing reps that you are working with as needed
  • Teaching Live Webinar classes via Microsoft Teams as needed
  • Working with new premium auditor representatives with their Manager/Regional Director to assign work, meet production goals, and properly plan and schedule routes (for physical auditors) while maintaining all required communication needs
  • Weekly relationship calls to employees / IC’s
  • Monitors auditor production and expected production increases
  • Ensures past due work is auditors focus
  • Monitors quality and time service of inventory
  • Training conducted through Microsoft teams, emails, phone calls
  • Weekly/bi-weekly Q&A scheduled sessions for all reps in training (scheduled in conjunction with the other Learning & Development Manager to not duplicate effort)
  • Work closely and collaborate with the other Training Managers
  • Weekly reporting to the Manager/Regional Director/AVP on the trainee's progress
  • Other duties as assigned
