About The Position

The Regional Delivery Manager of Consumer Banking leads and oversees the sales and service functions for an assigned group of financial banking centers. This role coaches managers and implements sales and service initiatives that are developed by the Territory Sales Directors Consumer Banking and the Consumer Services Leadership Team. In addition, coaching focuses on the use of our sales philosophy, sales tools and sales behaviors.

Requirements

  • 5 years of Consumer Banking experience or equivalent sales and service experience
  • 3 years leadership and sales management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or comparable college and/or business experience
  • Proven sales and service management abilities
  • Knowledge of Consumer Banking products, systems, policies/procedures and regulations
  • Demonstrated skill of people development
  • Ability to leverage impact and influence effectively among peers
  • Ability to build relationships and inspire trust across the organization
  • Ability to present and convey information that influences and calls individuals to action

Responsibilities

  • Accountable to meeting or exceeding the annual objectives, goals and strategies for the assigned group of banking centers.
  • Review sales and service results and recognize/reward results and behavior that achieve success as well as address results and behaviors that do not lead to the achievement of goals and objectives.
  • Assisting managers conduct sales meetings, and the development and implementation of sales plans.
  • Create a work environment that fosters teamwork, high morale, and retention of workforce; and demonstrating leadership and resourcefulness in all interactions with employees, colleagues and customers.
  • Oversight of multiple financial centers, encompassing the full scope of performance management responsibility for a medium to large staff size/organization.
  • Other duties as assigned.
