About The Position

IST Management is seeking a Regional Customer Service Associate to join our team at IST Management Services! The Regional Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing customer service in both corporate and legal offices in San Francisco. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in hospitality or customer service, are willing to train, possess a level of professionalism and are ready to grow in their office services career! Hourly Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday and hours based on assignment About Us IST Management is a business process outsourcing company. Requirements

  • Relevant experience in customer service and be comfortable supporting multiple offices in San Francisco.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
  • Lifting up to 55 pounds

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred

Responsibilities

  • Handling tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Reception - Answering calls, forwarding voice-mails, greet guests, validate parking, etc.
  • Hospitality - Ensure site common areas are well-stocked and maintained, check conference rooms and reset after meetings, etc.
  • Mail Room - Process incoming and outgoing mail/packages
  • Copy Center - Fulfill scan/print requests according to the instructions provided
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
