This position is responsible for serving as liaison between the Bank and the community to develop and administer local CRA (Community Reinvestment Act) Programs to meet the specific credit and banking needs of the low-to-moderate income population in the community. Assists Corporate CRA staff in meeting a variety of regulatory requirements and with the bi-annual CRA exam. The position represents the Bank in the various regional communities and represents the Bank’s commitment to the community. The position seeks to have an understanding of the community to develop an effective CRA program. The position develops strong ties with government officials, directors of non-profit organizations and leaders of other community-based organizations to raise the profile of the Bank and develop and expand CRA-related relationships and program opportunities.
