About The Position

FFUN Group is growing rapidly and seeking a Regional Controller to support its Yorkton, SK dealerships. This role will play a key part in scaling operations and will work closely with the Group Controller and VP of Finance. The ideal candidate is a CPA who values structure, accuracy, and influence, and is eager to make an impact on a multi-location business. The position is based in Yorkton or the surrounding area, with flexibility for candidates in Saskatoon who are willing to travel to Yorkton periodically.

Requirements

Accounting degree and CPA designation
3–5 years of experience in an Accounting or Controller role
Strong knowledge of accounting software and comfort with leveraging technology
Proven experience leading and developing a team
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude

Automotive experience is an asset

Responsibilities

Oversee a wide range of accounting and administrative functions, supporting and guiding the accounting and admin team
Collaborate and communicate effectively with dealership staff across multiple locations
Lead financial review meetings, delivering expert insights on key financial metrics
Support the budgeting process in partnership with General Managers and the Group Controller
Review payroll and ensure accurate reconciliation of CRA accounts
Prepare and review year-end documentation for external auditors
Ensure compliance with manufacturer financial statement requirements
Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reporting, providing actionable insights
Sign off on dealership-issued cheques and ensure all taxes, licensing, insurance, and regulatory payments are accurate and up to date
