To strengthen our motivated Operational Excellence Team, we are seeking a Regional Continuous Improvement Lead, Americas in our Charlotte, NC facility. This position is preferred to be based onsite in our Charlotte, NC location, however position could also be based onsite in our Raleigh, NC, Greensboro, NC or Indianapolis, IN locations. The Regional Continuous Improvement Lead, Americas is responsible for advancing operational excellence across the Americas region by developing organizational capability, standardizing best practices, and driving sustainable performance improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related field.
  • Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement.
  • 5+ years of continuous improvement experience.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and sustaining IWS, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or World Class Manufacturing systems.
  • Previous experience in packaging, converting, consumer goods, or other high-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Proven track record delivering measurable operational and financial improvements.

Nice To Haves

  • Black Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, Daily Management Systems and structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Coach and support continuous improvement resources, operational leaders, functional teams and front-line employees in the application of continuous improvement principles, tools and methodologies.
  • Develop regional training materials, coaching plans, standards and certification approaches.
  • Establish KPI's and visual management systems aligned with strategic and site-level objectives.
  • Use data analytics to identify trends, losses, constraints and improvement priorities.
  • Facilitate monthly and quarterly operational reviews with site and regional leadership.
  • Support cultural transformation toward data-driven decision making, standards-based execution, and continuous improvement as daily work.
