About The Position

BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) is seeking an Account Manager, Global Congress to support Life Sciences clients in a fast-paced, highly regulated congress environment. This role requires strong communication, structure, and attention to detail. The Account Manager will work closely with the Global Account Director and operations teams to drive client engagement, reporting, education, and overall program success. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys being a trusted partner, solving problems, and creating a standout customer experience.

Requirements

Experience in account management, client services, program management, or a similar client-facing role.
Exposure to congress, meetings, events, healthcare, or Life Sciences environments.
Familiarity working with operational teams in a compliance-focused, deadline-driven setting.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience supporting Life Sciences customers and global congress programs.
