About The Position

The Regional Clinical Trainer plans, develops, coordinates, implements, and evaluates educational and clinical programs in the assigned region.

Requirements

  • One (1) year of full-time experience planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs in a psychiatric setting
  • Two (2) years of experience developing and managing projects
  • Two (2) years of experience developing training programs
  • Two (2) years facilitating in-person and virtual training
  • Master's Degree (licensed or license eligible in the field of social work, psychology, or counseling; OR Master's degree and certification in rehabilitation or creative arts therapy
  • Medical knowledge and experience in mental health and the recovery philosophy is necessary
  • Current knowledge of the laws and regulations governing the delivery of health care in Region and demonstrable understanding of Behavioral Health are essential
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands-on course) on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain current certification throughout employment
  • All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual or local requirements may apply.
  • Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)
