About The Position
Regional Clinical Nurse Consultant (LTC/Assisted Living) Immanuel Communities | Omaha, NE Are you an experienced RN leader with a passion for improving care across Long-Term Care and Assisted Living communities? Immanuel Communities is seeking a Regional Clinical Nurse Consultant (RN) to support our communities from our Home Office in Omaha, NE. In this role, you’ll serve as a clinical expert and strategic partner—leading quality initiatives, supporting regulatory compliance, and coaching clinical teams to deliver exceptional resident care. This is an ideal opportunity for a Director of Nursing (DON) or seasoned LTC/AL nurse leader looking to expand their impact beyond a single community.
Requirements
- Current and active unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the respective state in which he/she is employed is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required or plan for completion within 3 years of hire.
- Five (5) years of general and related nursing experience is required.
- Two (2) years’ experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have reliable means of transportation.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities
- Support excellence in clinical practice standards and service across all Immanuel practice settings.
- Ensure measurable quality outcomes, process improvement, education/training, policy/procedure and regulatory compliance for the Clinical Operations department of Immanuel’s Home Office.
- Partner directly with the Director of Clinical Operations and Medical Director.
- Provide a diverse range of clinical expertise, tools and specialized consulting to nurses and staff, ensuring they are empowered and accountable for high quality, evidence-based care.
