The Regional Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing and coordinating clinical services within designated regions and within system subspecialty programs such as OCD, anxiety, depression, eating disorder, trauma, and mental health recovery, and others as determined by community need. This role involves providing clinical leadership, ensuring quality patient care, facilitating community connections, and supporting the organization's strategic initiatives. Additionally, the Regional Clinical Director will be involved in leadership development by actively guiding and supporting individuals or teams in improving their leadership skills. This position works closely with clinical leaders, direct-care staff, operations leaders, and community providers to ensure that patients receive the highest quality care and have access to the necessary resources for a successful recovery. Leadership in this role will focus on delivering effective, empirically supported interventions; development and maintenance of supervision models to support the growth, development, and consistency of the established clinical care model; evolving care models to meet the needs of the community; sustainable training to models; maintaining a working knowledge of licensing and regulatory requirements to ensure best practices in care delivery; and using leadership and expertise to advance the organization's mission through community relations. The Regional Clinical Director will also offer temporary support to other clinics as needed, with travel expected. This may include new clinic openings, clinics experiencing significant challenges or celebrating wins, or clinics that need support for other reasons as determined by the VP of Clinical Services and other administrative leaders.
