Regional Clinical Director | Pennsylvania
About The Position
Cardinal Senior Living is seeking a Regional Clinical Director to enhance clinical performance across its Pennsylvania communities. This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role for an experienced LPN or RN with senior living expertise. The role involves developing clinical leaders, proactively identifying and resolving issues, and establishing strong, repeatable systems. The Regional Clinical Director will collaborate with Directors of Wellness, Executive Directors, and the Regional Director of Operations to improve resident care, strengthen clinical execution, develop leaders, and mitigate risk throughout the region.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted LPN or RN license with the ability to practice in Pennsylvania.
- At least 2 years of senior living experience.
- Strong knowledge of assessments, care planning, medication management, documentation, resident care, and compliance.
- Experience coaching, training, or leading nursing or care teams.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to navigate complex situations.
- Ability to influence leaders without direct reporting authority.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel approximately 70% throughout Pennsylvania, including periodic overnight travel.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the clinical subject matter expert for Cardinal’s Pennsylvania region.
- Strengthen resident assessments and care planning.
- Oversee medication management.
- Ensure quality clinical documentation and proficiency in PointClickCare.
- Manage changes in condition and incidents.
- Oversee admissions, discharges, and hospital transitions.
- Lead infection prevention and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Coach and develop Directors of Wellness.
- Conduct clinical audits, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Standardize clinical processes across multiple communities.
- Build stronger systems and develop Directors of Wellness to ensure high-level, consistent community execution.
