The Regional Client Lead (North America) acts as the regional business owner for a portfolio of enterprise accounts. This role sits at the intersection of client strategy, revenue ownership, and platform adoption, with accountability for long-term growth, executive partnership, and operational excellence We are highly focused on the idea of putting Customers First. The more you focus on helping your customers succeed, the more successful you will be. In this role, you will become a trusted advisor, creating win-win outcomes that deliver meaningful value for both Smartly and our clients. This is not a traditional customer success role. You will lead complex, multi-stakeholder relationships, shape how Smartly is embedded into your customers’ operating models, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes across creative automation, media activation, and intelligence. You are expected to operate comfortably at the executive level, bring a strong point of view, and drive progress in environments that are often ambiguous and fast-moving.
