Reimagine What’s Possible The Early Talent – Regional Program Lead (North America) is responsible for the management and advancement of early talent programs across the region. This position is accountable for the entire lifecycle of these initiatives, ensuring their strategic alignment with both regional business needs and global talent objectives. The Lead is dedicated to driving effective program execution, maintaining strong business relationships, and continually evaluating outcomes to support the development of a future-ready workforce.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in program management, talent acquisition, or human resources within a large, matrixed organization.
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative partnerships with business leaders, universities, and external organizations.
  • Experience with program evaluation, benchmarking, and implementing continuous improvements.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and cultural norms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Program Execution & Oversight Leads the delivery of emerging programs, including the onboarding and induction processes for participants, as well as providing ongoing support throughout their experience.
  • Collaborates closely with Talent Acquisition to facilitate recruitment activities and strengthen the talent pipeline.
  • Assesses key performance indicators for the programs and regularly reports progress and outcomes to global leadership.
  • Strategic Alignment & Program Refresh Partners with the Global Early Careers Lead and business leaders to continually reassess and update the program design, ensuring it remains aligned with changing business strategies, workforce requirements, and skill demands.
  • Benchmarks program practices against industry standards and incorporates emerging trends to keep the program relevant.
  • Facilitates strategic discussions with business and HR leaders, ensuring there is a strong connection between workforce planning and early talent initiatives.
  • Business Engagement Serves as the primary liaison with business sponsors, ensuring program objectives are closely matched with local workforce needs.
  • Advocates for the program within the organization, promoting participant advancement and visibility.
  • Develops clear and effective feedback channels with sponsors and participants to identify skill gaps and support future talent planning
  • Compliance & Cultural Adaptation Ensures that all program activities are conducted in compliance with applicable labor laws and in accordance with regional standards.
  • Adapts global standards and procedures to meet the operational realities of the North American region.
  • Talent Development & Retention Integrates strategies for career development, engagement, and retention into the early talent experience.
  • Supports the growth of participants through mentorship, coaching, and providing exposure to different areas of the business.
