About The Position

This position offers steady in-state miles within Texas, with stop pay and a guaranteed weekly income floor for the first three months. The role involves approximately 1,700 to 1,900 miles per week, with 100% Texas lanes and adherence to Texas hours of service. Approximately 80% of the freight is drop and hook. Planners are familiar with the lanes and customers, and riders and pets are allowed. The typical schedule is to work 6 days and have 2 days off, with weekends off not guaranteed and some holidays potentially requiring work.

Requirements

• Class A CDL holder
• Age 21 or older
• 6 months or more of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Maximum of 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
• No major preventable accidents in the past 5 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
• Able to pass hair and urine drug testing

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class A tractor-trailer within Texas.
• Adhere to Texas hours of service regulations.
