This Western regional fleet trains you on the road and keeps most loads to 2 days or less. The routes cover 11 Western states, with the option to run further for more miles, averaging 1,700 to 2,100 miles per week. Drivers can expect to be home every 2 weeks. Some winter mountain driving is part of the territory. This position offers training for new CDL holders, with 4 to 6 weeks over the road with an experienced trainer. Full solo driver pay is provided the day training is finished. Applicants must have completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL school.
