Regional Class A CDL Truck Driver
About The Position
Economy Transportation and Logistics is hiring experienced Regional Class A CDL Truck Drivers to join our growing team. We haul a variety of loads including tankers, ISO containers, flatbeds, and dry vans. The primary routes are from Houston, TX to various parts of West Texas (Andrews, Big Spring, Odessa, TX) spanning into oil wells and facilities in New Mexico. Occasional routes include Golden Crescent / Port Lavaca, Florida, and Arizona. The company follows the work wherever it goes. Drivers will operate sleeper trucks and haul tankers, ISO containers, flatbeds, and dry van trailers. The position offers weekly pay via direct deposit as a W2 employee, with new higher hourly pay rates and overtime. Some manual load/unload, load securement, and/or tarping may be required. This is a drug-free and alcohol-free workplace with random drug and alcohol testing.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Active TEXAS Commercial Driver License with Hazmat Endorsement
- 2 years of verifiable oilfield tractor/trailer or OTR experience
- Experience operating a 10-speed manual transmission
- Recent driving experience (within the last 12 months)
- Valid and current DOT Medical Examiner's certification
- Willingness to consent to background check and/or drug screening.
