About The Position
This position is for a Regional Class A CDL Truck Driver in a Home Weekly Fleet. Drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,200–$1,500 weekly, with CPM paid on all miles, loaded or empty. The role offers consistent miles and predictable scheduling with steady year-round freight. Drivers will be home weekly for a reset, typically being out for 5–5.5 days and receiving a 34–48 hour reset at home. The freight is dry van and 100% no-touch, with approximately 70% drop and hook and some live load/unload. Newer equipment from Kenworth, Freightliner, and International is utilized. Drivers have the option to take their truck home during home time where applicable.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Valid Class A CDL required.
- Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements.
- SAP drivers welcome with step 6 complete and some experience with another carrier after completion.
Responsibilities
- Drive a tractor-trailer regionally.
- Pick up and deliver dry van freight.
- Perform drop and hook operations.
- Perform live load/unload operations as needed.
- Adhere to all DOT safety regulations.
- Maintain logs and documentation.
- Ensure truck is kept in good condition.
