Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience
• Recent driving experience within the last 90 days
• Must meet all DOT safety and drug & alcohol requirements
• Accidents, violations, and background reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Responsibilities

• Drive Class A CDL trucks on Midwest regional routes.
• Transport dry van freight with 100% no-touch freight.
• Perform drop and hook operations.
• Maintain compliance with all DOT safety and drug & alcohol requirements.
• Ensure consistent miles are driven.
• Take truck home during home time if applicable.

Benefits

• Average weekly pay: $1,250 – $1,575
• CPM paid on ALL miles (loaded & empty)
• Quarterly safety bonuses

• $20/hour detention and breakdown pay

• Home weekly for a 34–48 hour reset
• Typically 5–5.5 days out
• Drivers may take their truck home during home time
