About The Position

This position is responsible for leading and overseeing maintenance operations across multiple hotel properties to ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained facilities. The Regional Chief Engineer provides leadership to maintenance teams, manages preventive maintenance programs, budgets, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance, while supporting operational excellence, asset protection, and exceptional guest satisfaction throughout the region.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience is REQUIRED
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations
  • Strong knowledge of guest service
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage daily operations
  • Ability to support and develop team members
  • Ability to maintain high service and performance standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with computers and technical systems, including Microsoft Office
  • Able to use office equipment efficiently and accurately
  • Ability to obtain any required government or brand-specific permits, licenses, or certifications
  • Flexible schedule, including varied shifts, nights, weekends, holidays
  • Minimum commitment of 40 hours per week
  • A motor vehicle
