Broadvoice is seeking an experienced UC/CX Channel Manager to join our growing GoContact team! We are looking for a tenured team player with a strong network of trusted partners in the channel and a proven track record of nurturing and expanding those relationships. You will play a critical role in driving growth through both existing and newly recruited top CX-focused partners. This role requires a highly motivated, relationship-driven professional who thrives in the channel ecosystem, understands Contact Center (CCaaS) and Unified Communications (UCaaS) solutions, and is passionate about helping partners succeed. This position is located in Austin, Dallas, or Houston, Texas.
