About The Position

Promethean is seeking a Regional Channel Manager for an outside sales position responsible for aligning closely with reseller and distribution partners to drive new business across all vertical markets. This role involves establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with key decision-makers at end-user and partner accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Promethean's hardware and software solutions and be adept at positioning them against competitors. Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of outside selling experience in the technology hardware and software space.
  • Direct experience and a strong understanding of A/V technology integration partners.
  • Thorough grasp of sales enablement, pipeline generation, and value-based partner engagement.
  • Business background preferred with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and overcome sales objections.
  • Must be able to make professional and compelling presentations and communicate effectively to small and large audiences.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, partner portals, and performance dashboards.
  • Highly organized, exceptional time management skills, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, with overnight stays required.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute account plans to exceed targets and quotas.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional partners, resolving issues and conflicts to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and market fund development activities to drive regional brand awareness.
  • Interface directly with resellers, distributors, and end customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure partner success and execute goals.
  • Lead partner quarterly business reviews and performance tracking.
  • Deliver training to partner sales and technical teams on Promethean's product portfolio.
  • Utilize Salesforce, partner portals, and performance dashboards.
