Now hiring CDL-A drivers across Nevada, including Las Vegas, Reno, Henderson, and nearby areas for Southwest regional routes with consistent miles and weekly home time. Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must meet all DOT safety and hiring requirements.
• DUI and felony history reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor-trailer on Southwest regional routes.
• Transport dry van freight.
• Perform 70% drop and hook with some live load/unload.
• Ensure 100% no-touch freight.
• Adhere to all DOT safety and hiring requirements.

Benefits

• Average weekly pay: $1,250–$1,500
• Paid on ALL miles - empty and loaded
• Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)
• 34–48 hour reset at home
• Assigned newer equipment (Kenworth, Freightliner, and International)
• Option to take truck home during home time (where applicable)
• Detention and breakdown pay: $20 per hour
• Up to $2,000 401(k) match available
• Paid vacation
