Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)
• Open to Trainee graduates (entry-level) and seasoned First Seat operators.

Responsibilities

• Maximize highway miles within a structured and supportive operational network.
• Operate a commercial vehicle on regional routes.
• Handle 100% no-touch refrigerated freight.
• Adhere to a predictable dispatch routing.
• Be available for alternating day/night driving shifts.
• Participate in weekend/holiday dispatch rotations based on market demand.

Benefits

• Weekly Gross Revenue: $1,200 – $1,300 (Average baseline)
• Base Pay Rate: $0.51 CPM (Starting mileage rate)
