About The Position
This regional truck driving position requires CDL A drivers who can maintain a consistent schedule of being home weekly. Drivers will be responsible for touching freight, which involves unloading using rollers. The average driver can expect to handle approximately 3 loads per week, with each load containing about 3 stops. The role involves approximately 1,100 miles of driving per week, delivering customer freight from Cowpens, SC to various locations including SC, NC, GA, AL, TN, KY, VA, WV, and OH. Drivers can expect to be home weekly for a 34-hour reset.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months of CDL-A experience
- Must pass a hair follicle drug test
- Clean MVR
- No SAP (Second Chance Program) violations
Responsibilities
- Drive a commercial truck regionally
- Unload freight using rollers (touch freight)
- Complete approximately 3 loads per week with 3 stops per load
