About The Position

This is a regional driving position with a focus on lanes covering CT, DE, MA, MD, NH, NJ, NY, NC, PA, OH, RI, and VA. Drivers can expect to average 1,800 miles per week with a pay rate of $0.67 - $0.70 cpm. The work week typically involves 6 days of driving with a 34-hour reset. Days off will vary weekly, potentially falling on Saturday/Sunday, Sunday/Monday, or Monday/Tuesday. Drivers must be comfortable with night driving, with start times between 17:00 and 03:00, and should expect to be on the road overnight three times per week. The freight consists of frozen food, and drivers will handle backhauls. On average, drivers will manage 3-5 loads with 6 stops per week, including 3-4 outbound loads. Unloading is primarily handled by lumpers, though drivers may be asked to assist.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license.
• Ability to drive regionally.
• Comfortable with night driving.
• Ability to be on the road overnight 3 times per week.
• Ability to handle frozen food freight.
• Willingness to perform backhauls.
• Ability to manage 3-5 loads and 6 stops per week.
• Willingness to assist with unloading as needed.

Responsibilities
