Regional CDL-A Driver

About The Position

Most regional positions promise consistency and deliver chaos. This one is built differently — fixed territory, assigned equipment, and a dispatch team that measures success by whether you're home when you're supposed to be. This position offers a stable freight network with dry van freight only, no hazmat, and a focus on drop and hook. The schedule structure is confined to regional lanes with a consistent weekly mileage target and a 34-hour home reset built into every weekly cycle. Drivers can opt into extended road time voluntarily. A structured mentorship program is available for all CDL-A holders, regardless of experience, with full pay throughout training. Comprehensive health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off are provided.
