About The Position

This is a regional driving position covering California, Nevada, and Arizona, designed for drivers seeking consistent miles and predictable home time. The role offers a dedicated network with high-volume freight, averaging $1,200 – $1,500 per week. Recent graduates and trainees are welcome and will receive paid on-the-job training. The position guarantees weekly pay and provides a clear path to earning up to $0.61 CPM within six months. Drivers can expect to run between 1,700 – 2,200 miles per week and will be home one day per week, typically on Sundays. Optional miles are available on Sundays for those looking to increase their earnings. The dedicated route aims for 3 turns and 6 loads per week. For trainees and recent graduates, a 4-6 week paid on-the-job training program is provided, requiring a minimum of a 120-hour CDL school program completion. Upon completion of training, drivers will transition into this high-paying dedicated lane.

Requirements

Valid CDL-A required before start.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Solid employment history with no major gaps.
Must be able to pass a strict drug screen (both Urine & Hair follicle tests).
6+ months of experience OR a recent CDL school graduate (120-hour minimum program).
Clean MVR.

Responsibilities

Drive a Class A commercial vehicle on a dedicated regional network across CA, NV, and AZ.
Complete approximately 3 turns and 6 loads per week.
Maintain consistent weekly mileage of 1,700 – 2,200 miles.
Adhere to a schedule that allows for home time once per week (typically Sundays).
Participate in paid on-the-job training if a recent graduate or trainee.
Ensure safe operation of the vehicle and adherence to all traffic laws and company policies.
