About The Position

Most regional positions promise consistency and deliver chaos. This position is accessible to CDL-A holders regardless of experience level, with a structured mentorship program for new drivers. The freight mix leans heavily toward drop & hook with select live stop appointments, and customer freight is pre-staged, meaning drivers never touch the cargo. The territory is confined to regional lanes, with a consistent weekly mileage target and a 34-hour home reset built into every weekly cycle. Drivers with earning goals can opt into extended road time voluntarily. Dispatch operates on planned windows, ensuring your ETA home is a commitment, not a guess. Full pay applies throughout the entire training period.

Requirements

  • Active Class A Commercial Driver License
  • Tractor-trailer operating history of 6 months minimum, or CDL-A graduate status
  • Successful completion of DOT physical examination and substance screening
  • Motor vehicle record reflecting no more than 2 violations within 36 months
  • No impaired driving convictions within the preceding 3 years
  • Criminal history clear of felony charges within the last 5 years

Responsibilities
