About The Position

Drive regional dry van freight across the Western states with consistent miles, predictable home time, and support for both entry level and experienced CDL-A drivers. Recent CDL graduates are encouraged to apply. This role involves driving dry van routes in an 11-state Western region. Drivers handle no-touch freight and maintain a steady regional schedule with bi-weekly home time.

Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A license
  • Minimum age 21 years
  • 6+ months experience (or entry level trainee)
  • Graduation from an accredited CDL school with at least 120 hours (for entry-level trainees)
  • Pass DOT physical and drug screening
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and PSP review
  • Stable employment history with limited gaps

Responsibilities

  • Drive regional dry van freight across the Western states

  • Participate in a paid mentor program during initial 4-6 weeks on the road (for entry-level drivers)
  • Undergo guided training in Western regional dry van operations (for entry-level drivers)
  • Pass DOT physical and drug screening
  • Maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and PSP review
  • Maintain a stable employment history with limited gaps
