About The Position

Primary Residential Mortgage is seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Regional Business Relations Representative. The purpose of this position is to train, assist, and provide customer service and support to new and existing branch managers and their employees on company systems, policies, procedures, and workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between PRMI’s Branch Partners located nationwide and PRMI’s corporate office functions in Salt Lake City
  • Work with all Corporate Office departments to facilitate successful loan origination for the Branch Partners
  • Maintain regular contact with Branch and Division Managers in assigned region
  • Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and service desk cases from Branch Partners
  • Create and provide training for Branch Partners and other PRMI Corporate departments
  • Assist with identifying and correcting problem loans in Encompass, Blend, Desktop Underwriter (DU/LP)
  • Work with PRMI BizTech team in testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of new plugins, enhancements, and upgrades within PRMI’s tech stack
  • Provide outstanding customer service, customer experience, and complaint resolution
  • Assist in the onboarding/offboarding process of new Branches in support of the Implementation Team Manager when needed, to include branch relocations, and Branch Manager changes
  • Send Branch exit surveys
  • FHA and VA Case number transfer
  • Appraisal ordering for branches
  • Facilitate accurate appraisal transfer upon request
  • Order and maintain annual branch physical inspection checklists, status, and completion of same
  • Additional responsibilities may apply as business unit demand changes to meet customer’s needs
