Regional Business Manager

Sebago Technics IncSanford, ME
$85,000 - $131,000Onsite

About The Position

The Regional Business Manager holds ultimate responsibility for the health, growth, and reputation of the regional office. This role reports directly to the Director of Regional Operations and maintains a dotted-line partnership with the VP of Growth & Strategy on regional business development and growth initiatives. This role is not a technical position and does not require an engineering or surveying background; instead, it calls for a strong business leader who can get in, learn the business, and drive it forward. The Regional Business Manager is the face of Sebago Technics in the region, building relationships with municipalities, town leadership, chambers of commerce, and community organizations, while ensuring that projects, budgets, and people are all moving in the right direction. This person partners closely with Project Managers to understand project successes and barriers and works in tandem with them to solve problems, and partners with the Director of Logistics and Scheduling to keep projects staffed and on schedule in service of client needs. Just as important, this person sets the tone for the office day to day: they bring energy, engagement, and visible enthusiasm to the team, and are directly responsible for building a regional culture that people want to be part of.
