The Regional Business Director (RBD), Immunology, is a key commercial leadership position responsible for driving sales, executing strategy, and engaging with customers within a specific geographic region. This role involves designing and implementing business plans based on strategic analysis. The RBD will manage, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers (AMs) to ensure high performance in the competitive rare disease and specialty market. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to optimize field strategy, improve customer experience, and support successful product launches within the immunology portfolio. This position reports to the SVP, US Commercial Engagement and Access.
