Carson is seeking a talented and competitive Regional Business Development Representative (Inside Sales) candidate that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives, working from our Hermiston branch office. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working within a vertical sales department, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Focused territory is east of the Cascades, including Central Oregon, the Gorge, Hermiston, and Tri-Cities. You will be responsible for the sale and support of Carson products and services, including but not limited to lubricants, fuels, cardlock services and diesel exhaust fluid. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to generate new business.
